At ÖLIVINES, every perfume is crafted with care and shipped only after passing strict quality checks. Due to the nature of fragrances and hygiene reasons, we maintain a transparent no-return policy except in specific cases mentioned below.

We accept return or replacement requests only if:
•You received the wrong product.
•The product was damaged, broken, or leaked upon arrival.
•The product was defective or expired at the time of delivery.
To be eligible:
•You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
•You must share unboxing proof (photo/video) with us at business@olivinesfragrances.com.

•Opened, used, or partially consumed perfumes.
•Products without original packaging, seal, or invoice.
•Fragrance dislike or personal preference change.
•Orders placed during special promotions, discounts, or offers.
•Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (since we do not support COD, refunds are only applicable on prepaid orders).

•Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
•In case of any banking delays, please check with your provider after receiving our refund confirmation.

•If your order qualifies for a replacement, we will arrange a fresh shipment at no extra cost.
•If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
