•Due to the hygienic nature of perfumes, returns are not accepted for reasons of personal preference.

•Returns/replacements are only possible in cases of damage, defect, or wrong product delivered, reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing proof.

•Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
